The FSSL Over-40 league is one of the most interesting leagues in the Tampa Bay area. Many former professionals are playing in this league, like the famous super-star from Colombia, Carlos "El Pibe" Valderrama. Other clubs dominated the league over the last years, Carollwood International from Tampa and Clearwater Chargers. But the time has changed since the new soccer club GALACTICS Clearwater International F.C. developed a very competitive team over the last year.
The last two games were against Carollwood International and Clearwater Chargers. The following are the results:
Carollwood International vs. Galactics O-40A 2:5
Galactics O-40A vs. Clearwater Chargers 7:2
Now Galactics Over-40A has 5:0 wins and 39:7 goals and is in 1st place since the beginning of the season.
