GALACTICS Clearwater International was founded last year in May 2006. After only 1 year our soccer club expanded to over 400 members, 12 teams in youth and adult levels, to 27 staff and volunteers and is located in a newly renovated, over 6,000 square foot big club house downtown Clearwater.

A big success and good reason to celebrate.

In June we rented the 3 soccer fields at the Joe DiMaggio sports complex in Clearwater , hosted a soccer tournament for the kids, had 3 bouncy houses, music, tents, international food, a raffle and much more.

To promote the event we had radio spots on FM 93.3 and other radios, including TV and newspaper ads. The result was amazing: we had over 1000 people celebrating our 1st Anniversary with the GALACTICS soccer club.

A great event for members and friends! We are looking forward to see you at our next Anniversary in 2008!
